food
The private room at Seven Dials was lovely, the food was very tasty and the service was great :) The only issue we had was that there were 17 of us, so had the party menu, which had three options of set dishes.
The food came out on sharing platters, which was bit of a nightmare because we weren't sat in groups of who had ordered the same options.
If they had told me before hand that that is how the food was going to be served, I could have easily got the people who had ordered the same things to sit next to each other, so we weren't all having to constantly pass the big sharing platters around to the right people.
It just would have made the day much much easier :) Otherwise, it really was great.

food location ambience
But with ten venues under their belt, Rosa’s Thai Cafe must be doing something right, so I took my mum (also a lover of our local Thai restaurant) with me to check out the recently opened Seven Dials plot and see if it really does match up to the real thing.
This gentle retro theme splashed across Rosa’s three floors worked worked well for a Thai eatery, as it feels like the furnishings whisk you away to somewhere hot (which would be absolutely not in London).
The spicy and sour soup was deliciously fragrant, packed with tomatoes, mushrooms and juicy prawns, while the sausage was a different but tasty start; softly grilled and encompassing everything marvellous about Thai flavours with a spicy kick.
The sauce balanced a great deal of spice with tangy rich flavours which complemented the soft, flaky fish.
Much like the meal that inspired it, the dish was a tangy tomato base packed with aromatic Thai flavours, capping off a deliciously hot meal perfectly.
